Platypus Typ 707 v1.06 update

Changes and fixes:

- Towing hitch added(you need to get a new copy of Custom HUD to toggle it);
- empty/broken UUIDs check added to Custom HUD;
- owner now gets a regular passenger HUD layout when sitting as a passenger;
- number of other minor fixes.
