Changes and fixes:
- multiple HUD communication issues fixed, UniHUD is updated to v2.21, can be retrieved from the vehicle;
- shaking front wheels fixed for good;
- camera resets after region crossing now;
- negative offset choices added to "cinematic" camera;
- front door now reports if there's no air in the system to open it;
- number of other minor fixes.
